Timeline:
Friday: 3:00–7:00 pm for your rehearsal
Saturday: 9:00 am–11:00 pm for your wedding celebration
Sunday: 9:00 am–12:00 pm for final item pickup

Albany County, Wyoming, sales tax of 6% will be added to your total.
We do require all events to obtain a $1M insurance policy with Black Fox listed as additional insured. This runs about $200 for the policy and can be sourced through your local insurance agent or online at Eventsured.com or Wedsafe.com.
What is Included:
Inventory of Echos of Yesterday (our extensive collection of wedding décor and vintage furniture). There are many options for table decor (lanterns, candles, vases, wood, assorted colors of table runners and linen napkins, chargers, lots and lots of flowers, garland), cake and gift tables, isle decor, several arches, and floral swags. Pretty much everything for your Pinterest dream wedding!
All styling of selected décor -take the stress out of your day, we take care of the styling and decorating for you! This includes all of your reception tables, cake and gift tables, wedding ceremony area and many other touches throughout.
Set up and clean up. What’s better than just walking in and seeing your dream wedding all set up and ready to go and then to be able to walk out the door at the end of the evening after having the best time of your life!?

Wedding Party - Getting ready rooms
Access to the getting ready room upstairs for you and your attendants to get ready on the day of your wedding (lots of natural lighting, large mirrors, full bathroom, seating areas, access to sunroom and porch)
Second location on the main floor in our beautiful library to get ready in.
Two indoor reception and dance spaces, with the ability to hold an indoor ceremony (and enclosed bar area with refrigeration and kitchen)

Friday (3:00 pm - 7:00 pm) – Schedule your rehearsal for Friday and bring in any items for Saturday (beverages to refrigerate, anything you want to add to the decor (like signs, guest book, etc.). Host your rehearsal dinner at Black Fox following your rehearsal!
Saturday (9:00 am - 11:00 pm) start getting ready in the house as early as 9:00 am. We request that the bar and music end at 10:30 pm so that your guests can have your send-off by 11:00 pm. All items in the getting ready rooms in the house need to be removed Saturday evening.by 10:00 pm
Sunday (9:00 am - 12:00 pm) cleanup and removal of any items you and your guests have left. This is typically any food and fresh flowers that you didn’t want to take with you the night before.
If selecting a “Saturday Only” in January, February, or March, you will have access between 8:00 am - and 11:00 pm.
