What We Offer
It all started with catering from our coffee shop/restaurant, Turtle Rock Coffee, and Ashlyn’s wedding, where we decided we could do it all (as in all décor, catering, flowers, etc. – however, we don’t recommend this if you and your family hope to enjoy your wedding)! From then on, we began gathering items, and our collection of treasures multiplied! Our vintage and eclectic collections from Echos of Yesterday are handpicked for their charm and uniqueness.
Echos of Yesterday Inventory
We will bring your dream to life, from vintage chic to rustic glam. We enjoy bringing a little vintage flair to any event, whether a wedding, bridal shower, private event party, photo session, baby shower, or intimate dinner! We aim to create a warm, welcoming, strikingly beautiful, and unique environment for you, our client. And we don’t just pick design elements because they look good. We pick them because they tell a story – your story.

Several different arches to choose from (triangle, vintage doors, round, rectangle, aspen and hexagon), wine barrels, shepherd’s hooks, floral arrangements for arches – we will design one specifically to your color selections and style, various signs, rugs, buffalo skull, and so much more.
Reception
Centerpieces and Table Decor: We have an extensive inventory to choose from – plate chargers (gold, silver, black, ivory, and wicker), lanterns, LED pillars, taper and tea light candles, greenery/garland, silk flowers, glass vases, log rounds, metal (gold, silver, black, and copper) candle stick holders, vintage books, various votive styles, many colors of table runners and linen napkins, table numbers, wood frames, deer antlers, and so much more!
Food Displays
Various metal, wood, and glass cake and food display options, vintage wood crates, galvanized trays, and more!
Optional Upgrades

Tablecloths are not needed with the farm tables. However, if you want to order table linens for the round 60” tables, we have partnered with a third-party linen vendor with a limited color selection. Linens’ color choices MUST be made by a deadline of at least 30 days before your event. If you add tables later than that deadline due to an increase in headcount, we may or may not be able to secure additional linens, so please DO consider that deadline to be FINAL.
Linen setup will be completed by Black Fox on Welsh staff.

Fresh or Silk Floral Arrangements — One Less Vendor to Manage
Black Fox on Welsh is happy to design fresh floral bouquets, boutonnieres, working with a trusted wholesale floral distributor based in Denver.
For couples who prefer fresh flower centerpieces instead of the silk florals we provide, we’re happy to create a custom quote.
Pricing varies based on fresh flower selection, arrangement size, and seasonal availability.
This option allows you to simplify your planning by working with one less outside vendor, while ensuring your florals coordinate beautifully with the rest of your décor.
